Photos

I have photos that we have taken - with plans on blowing them up - putting them on canvases and replacing the print art we have on the walls.

Michael and I have finally made some choices. We were going for something that was modern, very personal to us - but not to others. I want to get warm and fuzzy when I see the pictures - but I don't love pictures that are so personal in the common areas of our house. This is the perfect compromise.

This is an accidental picture of a chandelier from our trip to Italy... it was our last night in Rome. I wanted to take a picture to show how gorgeous the fixture was - but now I am glad it didn't take.

These two are from our trip to New York... our vacation while 5 months pregnant with Eva. It was a great time - dreaming of the future and spending time as just us two

I am just not sure which one - or if we use them all - where should they go? How big to make them? How not to spend hundreds of dollars on the canvas prints?

We have several canvases from winkflash.com - they frequently have 40% off sales so we wait for those! Great quality.

Purely fabulous, and that little reach back to tug your heart strings is inconspicuous.

I love these shots. The lights are tremendous and the tall building is a great angle. These are really good choices. I hope you are able to make them into prints. :-)

I would have guessed your top photo to be headlights in traffic.

I've been thinking of doing this too. We have put some of my husband's best photos in frames in our guest room ... it makes for a lovely and personal way to decorate the house. I just love love love the middle shot from New York. The colors are amazing and it looks like a poster people would buy!
