Perched on the edge of her chair...
she barely moves...
except to laugh or clap.
Sesame Street.
Sesame Street.
I have hidden the DVD's this morning.
She brings them to me crying.
Tempting as it is...
I will not let her watch them over and over.
The sun is shining, so Elmo, Eva and I are heading to the park.
There are no TV's or DVD's there.
I never thought I would say this...
especially with such conviction, but...
Sesame Street Live... we'll be there.

Lovely! You can't but wonder the magic Sesame Street has--both to mesmerize your child into wanting to watch it and inspiring you into writing those lovely verses. Beautifully delivered.
thanks so much for stopping by! please come back any time. I love this pic from this angle. precious!
I totally know what you mean! Well not today because it's cold and rainy. But on nice days, the tv is turned off and we go outside!!
nothing could be sweeter than a calm child. :)
What a sweet angle!
perfectly said. i think i'll drag my son out to play rather than watching the shows he loves on repeat today :)
Love this unique perspective! Makes her look even little-er. :)
This will all be evidence for future toasts at graduations, birthdays and weddings.
Perhaps she will become a director or a producer?
I mean we know she already has so many talents....
pve
