Caught

I was putting groceries away...
and the monster became quiet.

Uh Oh...

This is what I found.

multicolored photo

Easter candy was left too low.
Low enough for a monster to climb onto the couch...
on to the arm of the couch...
and onto a side table.

Caught... and she knows it.

What does a caught monster do?
Eat faster...

faster... faster

and ignore the mother type...

and when that doesn't work...

turn on the charm.

She had to trade in her soggy and slobbery peeps for a banana.

She didn't seem to mind.

love the precious last photo! she's so adorable!

i have a lot of these experiences, which made me creative with hiding treats in the house, so they won't be consumed all at one time.

She has some of the most beautiful eyes. She is just adorable munching on her marshmallow bunny.

How adorable! Oh the things toddlers will get in to when left alone! It's never a good sign when they are so quiet!
