The sun is out.
I thought for a while there that it might have fallen from the sky.
I know it is spring and supposed to be rainy...
but I really miss the sun.
So did our monster...
she ran over to the pool of sunshine before breakfast and played in it.
Michael is working nights this month... all night.
It is always hard, the nights.
He is awake while we sleep...
and he has to sleep while we are awake.
I have a hard time sleeping when he is not here.
One would think that I would get used to it...
but I never do.
I miss our couple of hours of alone time.
The spot in the day after the monster is sleeping...
and before we join her.
We are finding our rhythm...
and by the end of the month it will be our normal.
Right when he is back on days.
The monster and I are heading out...
let the daddy nap and get our vitamin D.
I hope you all have some sunshine today too.
