Looks to me like your first effort was a triumphant one. I can barely keep bamboo alive, and it's basically a weed...I'm afraid vegetables wouldn't stand a chance with me as their keeper.

I think if you put them in a paper bag, they'll ripen.

I did a really bad job picking the green ones and the end. Once the start thistle takes over the backyard, I kinda give up. I can't wait until we have a REAL backyard!
