Purple Cereal

IMG_7952
First, her purple cereal
(blueberry shredded wheat)
has to be taken out of the bowl and lined up in a row.

Then one by one she eats them.
Every now and then she takes a sip of milk to wash it down.

And the spoon...
she won't start eating without it.
But she never touches it.

Silly monster.

I think these little vignettes are just the best. I feel like I want to shout from the rooftops how cool it is that young blogging moms are recording these daily tidbits...so great to have the memories for years to come! My clearest high chair memory is my son turning all his ritz crackers over so the bumpy side was up before he ate them...his food had to be very organized too!

They all have their little things, don't they? And it's the little things you forget. Photo plus vignette. Yes, it's a LIKE for both.

I am not sure my food smashing boy will ever be this particular about eating, but little Eva is precious! Such a pretty photo of this moment in your day!

I bet that's so funny to watch! (And maybe frustrating sometimes when she's moving too slow...?) :)
