This was our last scheduled appointment for quite a while.
I used to like to go.
Especially at the very beginning.
Finding out how big she was.
Excited about passing birth weights...
and double digits.
Not any more.
Eva started screaming "Done" "Done" as soon as we walked in the door.
Everyone she met received a dirty look and a "bye bye".
I had to stop her from escaping out he front door... twice.
I think this is her canceling any future appointments...
or trying to bring down their system in revenge.
For me...
she is too tall, getting too big.
She is over 32" tall...
that is almost 3 feet.
And this mama is tired of holding her down
her screaming, flailing body and accusing eyes
so she can get stabbed repeatedly.
If engineers can make an I-Phone...
They surely have the technology to turn vaccines into gummy bears.

It's not that they don't have the technology to put the vaccine into a gummy bear - - - the problem is, many of the vaccines would be broken down by the stomach and rendered useless.
But mama - - - you are doing the RIGHT thing by getting her vaccinated. Many of the old horrible childhood diseases that we had all but eradicated have begun showing their ugly heads again amongst those who don't vaccinate. It's scary.
Oh shots are stinky. I'm sorry. Hopefully she will be done soon.

Agreed! My boy tries to escape in his diaper as well. It's awful. I always feel like I need a good cry and a nap afterwards too.
I know it's awful but she sure can rock a hospital gown!
I meant that the shots were awful. ;)
poor eva (and mommy!) she does look super cute rockin the hospital gown though! i always bring special snacks (aka junkfood) when my kids are getting shots cause when they have a sucker or a mouthfull of cheetos they don't seem to mind that they're being poked. good job momma!
I love that she gets to wear a mini hospital gown. She looks so cute.
