One box...
hours of entertainment.
We were returning her old car seat.
The new one was here and the old one sat in a box.
Just waiting on the delivery man to pick it up.
On its second day as the new fixture of our living room...
the monster cried to get in the box.
So in she went and she was happy.
She would ask to get in the box and she would play.
Stand up, sit down, close and open the flaps.
And she would read...
for a half an hour at a time.
Just her sitting in the box.
This went on for three days.
Three wonderful days of box time...
Then yesterday, the FedEx man came...
and took the monster's box.
We were all sad...
and truthfully I wanted to to stop him.
and truthfully I wanted to to stop him.
I can get a lot done in an uninterrupted half hour.
So we are in need of a new box...
I am going to find one soon.

Plus kids seem to enjoy the box more than the expensive toy that was in the box.
Someone get that cute Monster another box, pronto!
It's always the simple things, isn't it? Hopefully you find a box soon!
Who needs expensive plastic playhouses when a box is just as entertaining? I remember having a huge box that we turned in to a playhouse as a kid. We spent hours in that thing. You should definitely find another one...cheapest babysitter ever :)
PS: Love the lighting in these photos...the sun streaky-ness and harsh shadows make these photos really awesome.
LOL. I think it's the carseat as much as the box. Anytime L's carseat is inside, she's occupied for HOURS.
Love love love. All of it. The photos are dreamy Nessa.
Boxes are way cooler than actual toys!
Oh the infamous brown box! These are absolutely LOVELY Nessa. My fav is just the cute lil hand & head sticking out the top! Kids are the best!
I love these moments you are able to capture. She is just precious!
