Just a day - Michael was on-call.
This is how it went.

Barefoot out back watching the sunrise.
Morning cup of joe and toy dinosaur that I stepped on... ouch.
Just awake monster feet.
Post-breakfast walk to the park with some lingering bedhead.
From the park to the grocery for a few things.
Lunch: mac and cheese, fruit for the monster and stir fry veggies and mashed potatoes for me.
Sprinkles and thunder.
Waiting out the rain.
Cookie to share.
Flowers and sunshine on the walk home.
Deedle kick boxing and freaking out the cat already.
Monster is napping, so time for laundry.
And kitchen cleaning.
After nap puzzles and building "stacks".
Target run.
Storm and tornado warning.
Hanging out in the basement - might as well do more laundry.
Monster entertaining.
Power went out just after mac and cheese was warm.
Hail storm and the power returns.
Goodnight stories, a song, and the stars and moon.
Veggie order, calendar and meal planning before Deedle and I say goodnight.

I love this. What a great day! It's funny, I thought a lot of this looked familiar...like many of my days, but also Hannah has those same socks and that same green bowl. :D
