dark party

When it gets pitch black outside way before bedtime, it makes the days feel too short.

I can already see light lasting longer and longer each night.

But, I know one person who is going to be disappointed about the longer days...

We have had regular, preschooler mandated, dark parties in this house.

All the lights getted turned off - sometimes while I am trying to load the dishwasher.

 Then we play with flash lights, light up toys, star makers...

and her favorite - glo sticks.
