Over the weekend I made guacamole for the first time.
I am not sure why - but I was fearful of the avocado.
I love them, but I was so afraid of buying them and even more afraid of using them.
I bought the avocados almost week ago - on sale - so that if I didn't use them it would lessen the guilt. They did need to ripen - but I almost let them go too far.
Then - like divine intervention - this recipe was on while I was ironing...
What have I been missing! SO easy and so yummy! Thank you Ina.
